Application for a Change in Business

The Newmarket Code Enforcement Officer must verify in writing that a change from one nonresidential use to another nonresidential use for an existing commercial space with 2000 square feet or less of gross floor space is exempt from Site Plan Review by the Planning Board. This provision is found in Section 1.05(A)(2) of Appendix B of the Ordinance for the Town of Newmarket.

To help facilitate this process the Newmarket Code Enforcement Officer is requesting any new business or any existing business moving to an existing commercial space within the Town of Newmarket to complete the Application for a Change in Business. The application is free. The completed application can either be sent via email to devans@newmarketnh.gov, or can be delivered to:
