        A site walk will be held regarding the following application:

               Real Estate Advisors/Walter Cheney - Variance reference Section 3.03 of the Newmarket Zoning Ordinance, for property located at 1R Grape Street, Tax Map U2, Lot 206, R3 Zone.  The applicant request a Variance to permit increased residential density to allow four units on less than two acres of land on an existing nonconforming lot that does not meet the current road frontage requirements of 100 feet.
