Please note that we will accept applications till the close of business on the application deadline date. The Office of Planning, Zoning, and Building Safety closes at 12 pm on Fridays. All applications must be received in the office by the deadline. We will not honor the postmark date on any applications that are mailed to the office.
The Newmarket Zoning Board of Adjustment reserves the right to cancel any meeting if the Office of Planning, Zoning, and Building Safety does not receive any applications by the application deadline.
