The Technical Review Committee ("TRC") is an advisory committee comprising Town staff and representatives from various boards. The TRC holds no authory or makes any decsicions on development applications, rather ithe venue affords an opportunity to identify issues of concern and offer comments to applicants and the Planning Board for development applications subject to site plan and subdivision review. The TRC meets on an ad hoc basis in Council Chambers.
