2.         Review of requested Information  from Interim Superintendent of Schools            

3,         Final Review of the CIP Spreadsheet and Town Administrator’s             recommendations to Town Council.

4.         Review of this year’s CIP process and recommendations for next year

5.         Schedule meetings with Department Heads for feedback regarding this             year’s process and facilities tours
