2023 Town Facility Study
In 2022, the Town of Newmarket solicited proposals from experienced, qualified professional architectural and planning firms to develop a facilities master plan and perform a space needs analysis for the Town of Newmarket’s municipal facilities and operations.
The Town entered into an agreement with Placework of Portsmouth. NH to conduct the study. They submitted a final study in September 2023.
The following documents will help the Town Council and staff determine the next steps in renovating and upgrading Town facilities.
