i. Resolution #2015/2016-44 Resolution authorizing the Town Administrator to enter into an agreement with Target Construction for the construction of the downtown pedestrian improvements not to exceed $356,000. (TA Requests the Suspension of Rules)

ii. Resolution #2015/2016-45 Resolution authorizing the Town Administrator to enter into an agreement for engineering services for the construction phase of the downtown pedestrian improvements project not to exceed $99,418. (TA Requests the Suspension of Rules)
