NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NEWMARKET TOWN COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday,

January 20, 2016 at 7PM at the Newmarket Town Hall, in the Town Council Chambers,

located at 186 Main Street, Newmarket, NH to receive input on Ordinance #2015/2016-02:

Adopting and Enacting a New Municipal Code known as Part II, Chapter 20 Section 20-8 of

the Municipal Code for the Town of Newmarket, New Hampshire governing general waste

management and the curbside pickup of household waste and recyclable materials generated

within the geographic boundaries of the Town of Newmarket.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide proper management of curbside pickup of

household waste and recyclable materials.
