Matt Sullivan, Strafford Regional Planning Commission – Continued discussion of Newmarket Master Plan Housing and Demographics Chapter.  Matt will be available to answer any remaining questions related to the demographic analysis, which  include historic and future population trends related to age, school, income and employment, housing characteristics, trends, and affordability, and discussion of  future directions. The committee will discuss goals, policies, and recommendations to include in the chapter. He will also present a draft report of the findings from first Visioning Session (Newmarket LIVE Forum #1) and an update on the Visioning Survey.
