MACALLEN DAM FEASIBILITY STUDY COMMITTEE

 

MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2014

7:00 P.M.

TOWN HALL AUDITORIUM

 

 

Purpose:         The purpose of this meeting is for the Committee to conduct a public information meeting to solicit input from the public on the Draft Feasibility Report and for the committee to finalize the remaining study schedule and discuss next steps in the process.

 

Overview:       A public presentation will be provided first, followed by questions/comments                                from the public, and concluding with a discussion by the Committee.

- Close Public comments

  • Review & Finalize Study Schedule
  • On 7/7 deadline for written comments on Draft Report
  • On 7/21 Gomez and Sullivan issues Final Report – written comments are included as an Appendix to the Final Report
  • Next steps and next meeting?

*              This meeting is scheduled to end by 10:00 p.m.  The Committee reserves the right to                                                       extend the meeting time beyond 10:00 p.m. or to a later time and date, if they deem it                                                   appropriate through a majority vote of the committee.
