Love your Drain

If it isn't toilet paper or human waste, do not flush it. For those connected to the sewer system, everything that gets flushed travels through the pipes of the sewer system and to the town wastewater treatment plant. A recent survey shows that towns have spent an average of $40,500 dealing with unflushable items in sewer systems. Flushing anything that is not "flushable" contributes to home plumbing blockages, sewer overflows. The replacement cost of a typical residential leach field is $6,000-$15,000.
