Sharon Tucker/ Town of Newmarket - public hearing for an application for Subdivision, at 27 Neal Mill Road, Tax Map R4, Lot 50, R1 Zone. The proposal is to subdivide the property into three lots. One lot will be conveyed to the Town for municipal water supply, another will contain the existing residence, and the third lot will remain vacant and unbuildable until such time as the owner complies with the frontage requirements on Section 3.01(B) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Real Estate Advisors, Inc - Public hearing for an application for Design Review, at 1R Grape Street, Tax Map U2, Lot 206, R3 Zone. The proposal is for a four unit residential condominium development.
