Organizational Study 2016

Earlier this year the Town contracted with Municipal Resources, Inc. (MRI) to provide an independent, objective evaluation of municipal staffing and organizational structure, with an eye towards improving effectiveness and efficiency of service and identifying opportunities to reduce or eliminate duplication and redundancy, to maximize utilization of human and financial resources, and contain or avoid the cost of providing core community services in the future.

The attached document is that report. It is a large file (25mb).

The Town Council will review this document with the Town Manager and Department Heads to determine the best way to implement recommendations.
