A motion to approve the Minutes of the October 3, 2008 was made by Dana Glennon and Seconded by Phil LePage the motion was passed unanimously.
A motion was made to approve the October 23, 2008 was made by Roseanne Kwaks and seconded by Dana Glennon. It was amended by Dana Glennon to reflect that Ranan Cohen was absent not excused. The motion as amended was approve unanimously.
A motion was made to approve the November 20, 2008 minutes was made by Forbes Getchell and seconded by Roseanne Kwaks. It was amended by Dana Glennon to reflect that Ranan Cohen was absent not excused. The motion as amended was approve unanimously.
The group reviewed the draft Historic District Ordinance as prepared by the Newmarket Planning Board. The group reviewed the process for adoption. (After Planning Board adoption the Ordinance will be sent to the Town Council for two public comment meetings).
It was agreed that everyone should attend the Planning Board’s February 17, 2009 Public Hearing.
The chair requested that the Secretary contact Nadine Peterson at the NH Office of Historic Preservation and ask if she could attend the meeting.
Being no old or new business and motion to adjourn was made by Dana Glennon and seconded by Forbes Getchell.
