The members present reviewed the final drafts of the Historic District Ordinance prepared by Diane Hardy, the map and the final draft of the guidelines.
A motion was made by Phil LePage to accept and forward the document to the planning Board and the Town Council. The motion was seconded by Ranan Cohen. The vote was unanimously.
The Planning Board is meeting on October 14 and Town Council on October 15. Judy Ryan will prepare a package for those members. Phil will draft a cover letter.
Judy Ryan will notify all commission and sub committee members.
