A quorum not being present there was no vote on July 28 Minutes therefore this was not a formal meeting.
The group dicussed comments and changes to the draft Historic District guidelines.
It was agreed that when the final drafts of the ordinance and criteria were available the documents should be distributes to the Town Planner and Code Enforcement Officer.
All documents would need legal review any thing before adoption.
