Brandt Development Company of New Hampshire LLC – Continuation of public hearing for a Variance, reference Sections 3.03, 3.04, and the Dimensional Table of the Newmarket Zoning Ordinance.  The applicant requests a variance to permit renovation, reconfiguration, and reconstruction of the four existing structures on the property into two separate structures containing a combined total of six residential units.  The lot is located at 5 Spring Street, Tax Map U2, Lot  40, Zone M2.  The complete application is available to view at the Zoning Office at the Town Hall during regular business hours.
