MINUTES

Called to order:   7:04 p.m.

282 Middle Street, LLC - Variance, reference Section 3.01 Road Frontage, of the Newmarket Zoning Ordinance.  The applicant requests a variance to permit the future subdivision of one lot into two lots, one having an area of 2.065 acres and frontage of 200 feet and the other having an area of 5.432 acres and frontage of 25.96 feet, where 200 foot minimum frontage is required.  The lot is located at 71 Packers Falls Road, Tax Map U1, Lot 22, Zone R1.

            A site walk for this application, which was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. today, was cancelled due to heavy rain.

            Action

Motion: Peyton Carr made a motion to continue this application to a site walk on Monday, May 5, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., at 71 Packers Falls Road, with a meeting to follow at 7:00 p.m.
