Minutes – January 31, 2008 Meeting

Present:  Jack O’Sullivan, Dana Glennon, Forbes Getchell, Phil LePage, Roseanne Kwaks

Excused: Judy Ryan, Ranan Cohen,  Sylvia Getchell

Called to Order @ 7:12

Minutes of October meeting – motion to accept by Roseanne second by Forbes

Motion Carried

Discussion/ Review:  Draft of letter for mailing to proposed historic district  property owners presented .  Several items changed – Phil to forward revised draft for Diane Hardy to review/markup.

Discussion:  Preparation for meeting with Council – Phil to ask Robert Pruyne to make necessary corrections on map of Historic District.

Discussion:  Request for funding for Advisory Heritage – consensus to request $ 2,500 from Town Council – Phil to forward request to Ed Wojnowski

Discussion:  Time frames for bringing map to Council – meetings with public – letters to property owners.  Consensus Items: – Map and proposed letter to property owners to go to Council for approval and then mailed to owners in April 2008 -  Schedule 1^st public meeting with speakers from Concord in May (dates to be included in letters mailed in April). Subsequent meeting with public for presentation/discussion  of ordinance in June – this date also to be included in April letter to property owners.
