4.  CONTACT APPROPRIATE STATE AGENCIES RELATIVE TO SPECIAL PERMITS

            WATER RESOURCES – Wetlands

            AIR RESOURCES – Emissions

            WSPCC – Site disturbance

5.  PREPARE SITE PLANS

Submit to Planning Board for Preliminary Conceptual Consultation or Design Review (both optional)

6.  SUBMIT FINAL SITE PLAN TO PLANNING BOARD

            For Minor/Major Site Plan Review and Public Hearing

7.  SITE PLAN APPROVAL

8.  BUILDING PERMIT

9.  CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
