The Zoning Update subcommittee of the Planning Board invites the public to a workshop on Monday, January 23, 2012 in the Town Council Chambers of the Newmarket Town Hall at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments and answer questions relative to draft zoning changes proposed by the subcommittee for the B-1 and M-4 Zoning Districts. The intent of the draft changes is to provide flexibility in the zoning and planning regulations to help facilitate economic development and expansion of the commercial tax base in the Town.
