Registration Procedures
Newmarket Recreation’s registration process through a software program entitled RecTrac allows for us to keep you and your family in a registration database which allows for a faster registration process. You may either fill out and bring in thisregistration (on the next page) or mail with check payment to
Newmarket Recreation 1 Terrace Drive, Newmarket NH, 03857.

Payment Options
All payment registrations will be taken at the Community Center. Currently Newmarket Recreation will accept cash or checks for all Newmarket Recreation programs only. Drop-In** classes are those classes that you pay on the day of the program (i.e. exercise classes). Some drop-in programs require RSVP notice. For all contracted (not staffed by employees of the Newmarket Recreation department) programs, payment must be made in the form of a check or money order. Sorry, no cash registrations when a class is not run by the Newmarket Recreation Department. All contracted classes are noted in the brochure under class description on payment procedures.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in the event that a program or trip is cancelled, filled, or if our scheduling changes prohibits your attendance. Refunds will be made if your request is in writing and is at least one week in advance of the starting date. Refunds take at least two weeks to process.

Waivers
All Children under 18 years of age must have their parents fill out and sign a Newmarket Recreation Registration and Participation Waiver form to participate in any program or  trip. We will also be asking each adult to fill out this waiver as well. This information is  done through the RecTrac program. We will be requesting medical & emergency  information for each person in the household upon your first registration with us.

Payment Policy
All registrations must include payment. (N.R.D. denotes that a Non-Refundable Deposit is required upon registration). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
