PRESENT: Chairman Michael Ricker, Jason LaBranche, John Badger, Richard Bajger, Councilor Michael LaBranche, and Administrator Ed Wojnowski.

Chairman Michael Ricker opened the meeting at 7:36 pm.
Chairman Ricker asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes of July 22, 2010. John Badger moved the motion, seconded by Richard Bajger to adopt the minutes. The minutes were approved 4-0.
Chairman Ricker noted he had received from John Ahlgren guidelines pertaining to a conflict of interest. After review, the committee members agreed that the guidelines do not apply to this committee due to the requirement that property owners are required to be a part of the committee, and no further action was taken on this regard.
Chairman Ricker asked the Town Administrator if there has been any interest by developers or other individuals as to locating within the TIF district, the Administrator noted nothing has been received.
Inquiry was made to John Badger as to whether or not he has heard anything from Mark Stevens. Mr. Badger noted that he has not heard anything.
There being no other business coming before the meeting, the next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 23, 2010.
Motion by John Badger, seconded by Richard Bajger to adjourn, motion was adopted, meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
