NEWMARKET ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

MONDAY, JUNE 28, 2010

TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Present: Peyton Carr (Vice-Chairman), Michael Watson, Brian Donner,

Richard Shelton (Chairman).

Absent: Dana Glennon (Alternate)

Chairman Shelton called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm

Peyton Carr made a motion to approve the minutes of 01/25/10 seconded by Chairman

Shelton. Chairman Shelton opened up the motion for discussion and as there were no

changes to be made, a vote was taken to approve the minutes as read. All in favor, Brian

Donner abstained.

Michael Watson made a motion to nominate Peyton Carr as Chairman and seconded by

Richard Shelton, all in favor. (4-0)

Peyton Carr made a motion to nominate Richard Shelton as Vice-Chairman and seconded

by Michael Watson, all in favor. (4-0)

Payton Carr made a motion to adjourn and seconded by Brian Donner at 7:20 pm (4-0)
